Blueberry boost is a pretty unique cake with a very large number of wild blueberries, over 400g in one full cake!! Blueberries, as we all know, are extremely effective antioxidants with a high concentration of vitamins and minerals. For example, this one 20cm cake contains 72 percent of the daily value of vitamin K, 48 percent of the daily value of vitamin C, and 64 percent of the daily value of manganese. The flavor of this cake is incredibly fresh and delicious, thanks to the blueberries and organic dates.
